Julia is an intellectual property attorney with experience in patent, trademark, and copyright law.

Julia specializes in provisional, design, and utility patent applications in a wide range of technical fields, including: materials science, metallurgy, semiconductors, automotive, aerospace, mechanical, tooling, biomedical, dental, consumer products, electro-mechanical systems, banking control systems, packaging, and paper products.

Prior to entering the legal field, Julia worked for The Timken Company in Canton, Ohio as a Steel Business Associate and for The TimkenSteel Corporation as an Application Development Engineer in their Mobile-On-Highway group.

Julia earned a J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law with a certificate in Intellectual Property Law and a CALI Award for Excellence in Business Planning Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering in Materials Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Julia is an active member in the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association, where she previously served as a Board Member and currently serves as a committee chair.
