Rich Howe is a registered patent attorney with experience in both patent prosecution and litigation matters.

Rich brings extensive legal and engineering experience to the firm. For instance, Rich has drafted patent applications, opinion documents, and other legal agreements while serving as an Associate for Philadelphia and Delaware law firms. Patent applications drafted by Rich relate to such fields as wireless technologies, electronic devices, software systems, medical devices, as well as others. Rich has also worked as in-house counsel for a global technology firm, where he was responsible for strategically obtaining and protecting the company’s intellectual property. And, prior to his positions as Associate and Counsel, Rich served as a Senior Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where he designed and implemented cutting edge technologies for the U.S. Navy.

Rich is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Further, Rich is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. Rich has received undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, graduate degrees in Business and Computer Science, a Juris Doctorate degree, and a Master of Law (LL.M) degree with a concentration in Intellectual Property. 

Rich and his wife reside in South Jersey with their five children. In his spare time you will find Rich spending time with his family or completing a workout of the day at his local CrossFit box.
