Jessica Kowal is an attorney and a member of the firm’s life sciences practice group.

Jess first joined the Belles Group as a summer associate during the summer of 2025. She joined the firm full-time after earning her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2026, where she was a recipient of the John B. Langel Scholarship.

Before beginning her legal career, Jess spent six years teaching science and mathematics at schools in Philadelphia, Columbus, and Washington, D.C. Jess earned her B.S. in Neuroscience from American University in 2017, where she was a member of the Division I Women’s Swimming and Diving Team.
