Samuel Parrott is an attorney and a member of the firm’s mechanical technologies practice group.

Samuel first joined the Belles Group as a summer associate during the summer of 2025. He joined the firm full-time after earning his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2026, where he graduated cum laude. While at Temple, Samuel competed in both the regional and national rounds of the Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial IP Moot Court Competition, finishing 5th place nationally in 2025.

Before beginning his legal career, Samuel spent nine years in project controls and engineering, most recently focused on the commercial construction of Philadelphia healthcare facilities. Samuel earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park in 2016.
