Joseph is an accomplished intellectual property (IP) attorney dedicated to helping clients protect and maximize the value of their innovations. With a strategic approach to IP management, Joseph advises clients on securing and enforcing their IP to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
Joseph’s practice encompasses a full spectrum of IP services, with a particular focus on the preparation and prosecution of domestic and international patents and trademarks, strategic patent portfolio management (including due diligence and freedom-to-operate analyses), IP licensing agreements, and enforcement. He represents clients across diverse industries, including medical devices (such as implants, diagnostic devices, and surgical tools), consumer products, mechanical technologies, and textiles. In addition to his prosecution experience, Joseph has significant experience in IP litigation support, managing disputes through pre-litigation counseling, discovery, and motion practice.
Joseph earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
