Adam J. Moss concentrates on intellectual property procurement and enforcement. His practice covers patent and trademark portfolio development and management, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing, due-diligence investigations, joint-development agreements, and freedom-to-operate and validity opinions. Adam has represented clients across a broad range of technologies, including AI prediction and machine-learning systems, autonomous-vehicle controls, automotive components, combustion engines, robotics, medical devices, electromechanical assemblies, networking hardware and protocols, piezoelectric devices, circuit elements, polymers and thermoplastics, optical materials, batteries, LEDs, MOS structures, data-storage architectures, and related software.

 

Before joining The Belles Group, P.C., Adam practiced at a Cleveland intellectual property firm, where he gained extensive experience in patent and trademark prosecution, managed every phase of PCT applications, and coordinated global protection through long-standing relationships with foreign associates.

 

Adam is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the Ohio bar. He earned his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and holds a B.S. from The Ohio State University. He is an active member of the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
