Yoshiko is an experienced patent agent having over 15 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution matters.  While primarily focused in the chemical and life sciences arts, her experience spans a wide range of technical areas including cosmetics, biotechnology, food/beverages, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, polymers, catalysts, batteries, metals/alloys, fibers/textiles, specialty/fine chemicals, glass, packaging/films, dyes/pigments, toners, and coatings.  Yoshiko assists clients with developing and managing expansive patent portfolios both on the domestic and international stages.  Prior to joining The Belles Group, P.C., Yoshiko worked in both boutique and leading international IP law firms.  With Japanese as her native language, Yoshiko frequently travels to Japan and counsels Japanese companies to strategically assist in the protection of their interests in the United States.  Yoshiko’s education includes a B.S. in Biological Science and a Minor in Chemistry
